Strategic Mindsets is a South African-based strategic consultancy, led by Wendy Poulton. Wendy and her team ensure that companies and individuals are agile and resilient in today’s fast-paced and uncertain world. They help clients navigate and thrive in dynamic environments, by integrating strategy, risk and individual development; with a focus on strategic guidance through leadership development.
